We have very few sources of consistent draw in our deck: Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer, Trail of Mystery, and Secret Plans all work well with our morph creatures, and we have some raw card draw with Tezzeret's Gambit and Urban Evolution, but the rest is less appealing

A one-mana 2/3 is already incredibly impressive even without additional text

That said, this does nothing to setup things like Shelldock Isle so it isn't all perks

I suppose spirits make good use of it, and the incremental graveyard hates not too shabby either

The other legends from this subset also have a wide range of prices

In Commander, its not quite the meta-warping powerhouse it was in Standard, but the sheer value it produces is simply too high to ignore for any self-respecting Goblin enthusiast
