Made from old vines of indigenous grape varieties, the grapes are harvested separately before undergoing pre fermentation maceration. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees then take place in new oak barrels. Both elegant and dense, with expressive fruity notes, ample and complex on the palate, a full bodied wine.
