Double candle holder Mug which highlights the carved designsThis double candle holder would be a perfect wedding or anniversary gift. Two wheel thrown pots (basically tumblers) were joined to make a single form. Then circular windows and other alterations were created with an X acto knife. Smooth dark brown clay was used to make this candle holder. It is fascinating that a different kiln (gas kiln and reduction atmosphere) affected the clay so uniquely.
