The Access Reinforcing and Cover Plates have "pre drilled starter holes" for ease of installation. The Kit contains the following items for BOTH Sides the Fuselage: 2 each Reinforcing Plates 19" x 13" Oval . 032" Aluminum; 2 each Cover
