富士山を挟んで鷲と龍が睨み合う、1950年代初期の壮大なスケールの作品。ブルー×シルバーのボディにリブの赤いラインやパイピングの赤がアクセントとなり、トリコロールを意識した配色に仕上がっている。絵柄の上部にJAPANの文字が無いためジャケットの背中を広く使い、鷲と龍という2つのモチーフでもデフォルメせず緻密に刺繍されているのが特徴。また、富士山にはビビッドな発色の色糸を使っており、エイジング加工によって光沢感が落ち着いたマットなブルーのサテン生地に対してさらに鮮やかなブルーのコントラストが際立つ。

The material used is a cotton grosgrain called "jungle cloth" that is wind resistant and water repellent. The front zipper closure and wool rib knit on the collar, sleeves, and hem prevent wind from entering. In addition to the jacket, a pair of trousers with a breastplate made of the same material, a helmet, a wool face mask, leather
