Has a detachable third leg to help stabilize and comes padded and with all the straps. Some setup required. Does not come fully assembled. setup is super simple: Screw legs onto bottom post. Screw post onto bottom of chair. Screw third wheel on front of chair. Should take less than 5 mins. Can be customized to your dog. No extra cost.
